About Me
Until a few years ago, I had a career in the Hospitality Industry. However, I began to feel an inner tension, sensing that world was taking me further away from my true self. I realised I wanted to find a different way of being—one that allowed me to connect more meaningfully with the people around me. I finally mustered the courage to follow what is now my passion: supporting others to make positive changes in their lives.
In 2023 I qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and have since completed a Level 7 Post Graduate Course in Coaching. I am commited to ongoing personal development and as part of this have also attended short courses focusing on areas such as Positive Pyschology, ADHD, Transactional Analysis, Addiction and Trauma.
Through my various studies I've gained valuable new skills and techniques, however I believe my previous career and the ups and downs of life also mean that I remain grounded and pragmatic in my approach to Counselling and Coaching.
When I am not with clients I am a dad and husband so I understand first hand the many struggles that young people face as well as the pressures that family life can bring.
When time allows you will find me at my Allotment where I have my very own bee apiary! They help me to connect with nature and the cycles of the natural world around us as well as allowing me to enjoy the sweet fruits of their labour from time to time!
